Accommodations

Seven Oaks offers a variety of housing and meeting room options, which can be used singly or combined for your exclusive use. In total, the property can accommodate up to 60 overnight guests.

You will find specific information below about the different guest houses, each with its own unique character and amenities.

Pricing for retreats is based on a package rate that includes meals, rooming, grounds and meeting space use. When you call to discuss your retreat plans, the Reservations Manager will provide you with information specific to your group’s needs.

The Center Building

The Center Building has meeting rooms for up to 25 attendees and has five guest rooms with a capacity to sleep eight, plus a lovely deck overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains.
In the Center Building, the light-filled dining room offers seating for up to 60 guests for meals and can also be used as a meeting space.

Oak House

This house, complete with porch chairs and a swing, includes three guest rooms that can sleep 10, a convenient meeting space with a capacity for 12 attendees, and a full kitchen.

The Light House

This beautiful round building has a large meeting room that provides chair seating for 70 people, more if seating is on cushions. Its many windows and wrap-around deck provide a spacious and serene setting.
The smaller guest/meeting room in the Light House can sleep three or hold 15 participants.
There is also a guest room in this building that sleeps six guests.

Morning Glory

Morning Glory has three private rooms that sleep a total of nine and each has an ensuite bathroom and entrance. This building, offering simplicity and privacy, also has a sitting area and full kitchen.

Corn Crib

Corn Crib provides comfortable accommodations for three or four guests who share the use of the bathroom and mini-kitchenette.

Holly House

This house, complete with porch chairs and a swing, includes three guest rooms that can sleep 10, a convenient meeting space with a capacity for 12 attendees, and a full kitchen.
